Handprint Easter Craftivity

Dear Loverlies,

Happy soon to be Easter! We had the best time making this and wanted to share. Make this {simple} chickadee craft with your little one. This is fun and takes little time from start to finish. :Enjoy:

You Need:

canvas

foam brush

glue gun

yellow finger paint

baby wipes

googly eyes

"Happy Easter" die cut *stickers work too*

scrapbook paper *for egg + feathers*

orange paper *for beak*

How to Make:

1. One foot at a time, paint your little's foot. Stamp it on center of canvas. Repeat with other foot. The footprints go next to each other side by side. The toes towards the top.

2. Paint your little's hand and stamp on one side of foot. Repeat with other hand and stamp on other side. Now the painting is done, yay! We use wipes to clean up the mess, so {easy}. Don't be alarmed!! At first when I saw how it looked I was a little nervous.....as you can see it turns out super cute! I remind myself that these crafts are -perfectly imperfect-.

3. While waiting for the paint to dry, cut out a beak with the orange paper. You can use a stencil from online or just eyeball it like we did. Next, cut out the egg shell. We then cut out two ovals for the
-feathers- that go on top of the chick's head. [Here's a close up so you can see how we cut the shapes].

4. Using a die cut machine, cut out the "Happy Easter" or use stickers.

4. Using the hot glue gun, glue on the egg shell, beak, googly eyes, bow, and "Happy Easter."

5. Done! We LOVE to see your creations so be sure to share your craftivity with us.

XO,
L+K
